There’s a gig happen’ and we’d like to get down with you!

The Friends of the Riverton Free Library want you to join our disco-themed Cocktail Social, so save the date!  For adults, only, please.

  • Date: Saturday, March 30th
  • Time: 8 PM – 11 PM
  • Place: Christ Episcopal Church Parish House
  • Tickets: $30 each
  • Beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts
  • Raffle and music

Love is in the air in February. It’s Library Lover’s Month!

Please stop by the library to see what’s new and leave us a note telling us what you love about the library.  Our seasonal Valentine display looks almost as good as a box of chocolates and the contest this month asks kids to guess how many conversation hearts are in the jar.

Some other cool things at the library this month are a display of titles focusing on the contributions of African-Americans, an adult art class creating mixed media cigar boxes, chair yoga and a family story time.  As you can see, there is a lot happening at the library.  We’d love to see you there!
