The Riverton Free Library Association has published its latest 2016 Annual Appeal with a recap of its 2015 accomplishments and its goals for 2016.

We thank you for your generous contributions which help to fund capital improvements to the facility as well as other resources and programs that help serve our library community.

 

In Memoriam

The Riverton Free Library Association notes with regret the passing of two wonderful gentlemen, William H. Robinson, father of our library director, Michael, and Charles J. Milligan.  Bill passed 15 January 2016 and Charlie on 27 February 2016.

Both men, World War II veterans, served the library association for years.  We were fortunate to have Bill as its Treasurer, with Charlie serving on the board for 39 years.  Michael Robinson noted that Charlie was also a lively participant with the library’s Great Books group.  We thank them for their service to us and to our communities.  They will be missed.

Both men asked to be remembered in their name with donations to the Riverton Free Library.  We offer our sincere condolences to their families.
