Library Hours: The RFL will be closed in honor of Presidents’ Day, Friday, February 19th.
Our community needs our library, and our library needs YOU!
Every year our volunteers ask for your help, whether it be to lend a hand at the Sunday used book sales, to join your neighbors at the Cocktail Social or the Candlelight House Tour, or at this time of year, to contribute to our Annual Appeal.
This year’s 2018Annual Newsletter and Appeal includes many thanks to our former President, Karen Healey and Treasurer, Susan Bye, as well as a review of what your donations have done help our library become better and better.
Please be as generous as you can in order to continue to help our library services grow and keep our historic building and grounds in beautiful shape.

Nancy Fort has been hard at work GETTING ORGANIZED in our library.
She has weeded out old, unpopular book titles, saved the very best for our library, and reorganized the interior of our space so that it is open, airy, with teen space, work tables, a technology area and ample seating. She is a prime example of a special program that you won’t want to miss! The library presents, Get Organized! on Thursday, February 22nd at 4 PM. You, too, can de-clutter, organize your home and work, and feel better and more productive in the process.

Library Hours:
In February, the Riverton Free Library will be closed for Lincoln’s Birthday, Friday the 12th, as well as for Presidents’ Day, Friday the 19th.
The Riverton Free Library Association is scheduled to have it’s Annual Reorganization Meeting on Monday, January 22nd at 7:30 PM. The public is welcome to the meeting, which will be held in the Adult Fiction Room of the library.
