Our HSR Library Plaque!

Posted on by

In collaboration with the Historical Society of Riverton, the Riverton Free Library has its own plaque, to be displayed in front of the library. It’s a beauty!

This joint project was based upon an article that was written and researched by Roger Pritchard and Patricia Smith Solin.  Roger’s talented design is elegant and informative.  We thank John McCormick of the HSR for sharing many of his images with us to make this plaque come alive with detail.

Watch this site for information on its unveiling date and time.

For more historical information on the library, be sure to see the full Gaslight News article from January 2018 as well as our own History of the RFL tab.

Cocktail Social, April 28, 2018

Please note that there was a mistake in an earlier post for the Enchanted Forest Cocktail Party.

As noted on the poster, we encourage our guests to bring an hors d’oeuvre to share, but the RFL Association board members will be bringing dessert.

Sorry for any confusion due to the webmaster!
