The Guardian created this awesome showcase of pictures taken throughout the world by multiple photographers. These pictures range from simple juxtaposition and contrast to stills being taken. This showcase is worth looking at if you need to be cheered up!

The New York Times, Pamela Paul, wrote an article about the benefits of picture books for all generations. In her article, she makes a point that picture books in their mere essence are pictures that tell a story the same as Instagram and TikTok. Pamela talks about how letting your children read picture books for a longer period of time helps develop their visual skills needed for the visual world we live in today.
On April 2nd and April 4th, all branches of the library will be closed due to Good Friday and Easter Sunday. They will reopen on April 5th.
The New York Times adolescences columnist and psychologist, Lisa Damour, talks about how to empathize with your teen during COVID. Your teen may want to go out and have friends whose life seemingly hasn’t changed. This can be a difficult situation to be in as a parent but you can help your teen through it all.
