About Emily Terifay

Hi! My name is Emily Terifay. I am a current student at Clarion University and studying to become a Librarian. I love books and reading, my favorite genres are fantasy and sci-fi. I also have a mini library at my house and I add more books to it at least every two months. I also have two guinea pigs, Timothy and Lemon who are adorable, if not a little annoying at times.

Spring into Shakespeare: Get Over It

Join us this spring as we celebrate The Bard with movies you might (or might not have!) known were Shakespeare adaptations.

This week’s selection is Get Over It (2001) – In this teen comedy, a high school senior desperately tries to win back his ex-girlfriend by joining the school play she and her new boyfriend are performing in, against the advice of friends. Rated PG-13.

This movie is based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream. If you’d like to read the play before watching, stop by Riverton Library to check out a copy. If not, just drop in to enjoy the movie.

This program is presented by library staff on June 10th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Preschool Story Time

Join us for fun stories, activities, and a craft! We focus on building early literacy skills such as recognition of the alphabet and written language, as well as oral language skills through rhymes or songs. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in the fun! Preschool Story Time is also a great place to socialize with other families and meet new friends.

This event will take place on Friday, May 30th from 11 to 11:30 am!

Audience: Kids, Babies & Toddlers
Type: Storytime
