Time for fun and friends!

The good times DID roll!

The April 25th Cocktail Social, with Mardi Gras as its theme, was another triumph in the annual tradition of celebrating for a great cause.  Neighbors, family, and friends gathered to eat, drink, socialize, and dance to the music of The Friends, a local rock band, raining needed funds for the library.  Even the Mummers joined the festivities!  Over 60 items were generously donated by local businesses and individuals which were raffled off during the evening.

Library director, Michael Robinson and the board of the Riverton Free Library Association would like to thank all who volunteered for the committee: Chairperson, Kim Paulsen, with Amanda Bonsignore, Iris Gaughan, Karen Healey, Bea Horn, Morgan Leone, Kate Johnson, Lynn Johnson, Felicia McCamy, Lynn Mills, Eleanor Paladino, Janice Papenberg, Erica Polaneczky, Phyllis Rodgers, Adrienne Rogers.  Thank you for all your hard work to make the evening so successful.
